Construction and Real Estate Background
In addition to his home inspector’s license, Nico also holds an active construction license. Being from a family that has been involved in construction, carpentry, remodeling, engineering, mechanics, and real estate for four generations, Nico has been gaining experience and knowledge about these industries since childhood. He understands home buying, selling, and ownership from all perspectives, which allows him to answer any question that comes his way during an inspection. In addition to Nico Home Inspections, Nico has owned and operated a window, screen, and door company since the mid 70s.

Since becoming a home inspector, Nico has found his career to be both challenging and rewarding. He loves taking his time to investigate a building and its potential issues so that he can use his skills and knowledge to best benefit each new person he gets to work with on a daily basis. As a home inspector, his top priority is his client and making sure that they have the ability to make educated decisions about their home purchase so they can remain safe and happy in the home for years to come.
